THE PROBLEM

The New Braunfels Convention and Visitors Bureau has the enjoyable, yet sometimes daunting, task of promoting consumer and corporate tourism to the city of New Braunfels. The Bureau consists of several committees and hundreds of volunteers who work hard to make New Braunfels thrive.

The NBCVB needed a unified voice with which to promote and represent New Braunfels through all major marketing silos. They wanted to make sure that the words “New Braunfels” were mentioned in all collateral, and to sell the city on its diametric of German work ethic and perennial outdoor playground. It’s a city that truly plays as hard as it works, so there are ample opportunities for businesses as well as tourists. The flagship of this marketing initiative would be an integrated, user-friendly website to act as a keystone, incorporating all that New Braunfels has to offer.

THE SOLUTION

AMMO procured the URLs “InNewBraunfels” and “PlayInNewBraunfels” upon which they developed an award-winning interactive website. The push spread to social channels as well, with coordinated efforts to grow the audience, increase engagement and promote organic impressions across all channels. Additionally, all traditional media advertising and direct marketing collateral were brought on board with the unified tagline of “…in New Braunfels”.
