Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Full-time)

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in creating successful digital marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients. Key responsibilities include the development and execution of effective ad campaigns across major platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, crafting and implementing robust social media strategies, and ensuring the creation of engaging and brand-aligned content.

As a central figure in the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, manage budgets effectively, and deliver insightful performance reports. This role requires a keen eye for the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, a strong grasp of PPC campaign management, a working knowledge of SEO principles, and familiarity with social media. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-driven marketer with exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and driving digital initiatives that align with client business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, practices, and technological advancements to apply to client campaigns.
    • – Collaborate across departments to design and execute cohesive omnichannel campaigns, integrating digital efforts with print advertising and other touchpoints.
  • Client Relations:
    • – Engage in regular communications with clients to identify their goals, manage their expectations, and deliver insightful and comprehensive reports.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • – Develop and circulate both internal and external reports on digital marketing, focusing on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and success of campaigns.
  • PPC Campaign Management:
    • – Strategize, create, and manage PPC campaigns, with a particular emphasis on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • – Manage and allocate PPC campaign budgets effectively to align with and achieve specific client objectives.
    • – Strategically boost posts to enhance engagement and drive traffic to client social media channels and/or websites.
  • SEO Strategy:
    • – Devise and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Social Media Strategy and Oversight:
    • – Develop and execute timely and strategic social media campaigns.
    • – Monitor the activity and performance of these campaigns to gauge their impact and effectiveness.
    • – Assume responsibility for managing client social media profiles, ensuring that profile images and bios are up to date and consistently reflect the brand’s identity.
    • – Oversee client engagement and reviews
    • – Work independently and with teammates to develop key content for social media channels, such as Reels, to boost account engagement and reach.

Requirements 

  • – BS/BA in marketing, advertising, or a related field 
  • – 1 year experience
  • – Excellent writing, organization, communication, time management, and multitasking skills
  • – Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

Preferred:

  • – 2+ years of experience, either at an agency or for an in-house team
  • – Experience using Semrush, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Wix, and AgoraPulse (or a similar social media software)
