This Privacy Policy explains how The AMMO Group, LLC (“AMMO,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit https://www.theammogroup.com, chat with us, work with us as a client, or exchange text (SMS) messages with our team.

Information we collect

• Contact information you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and mailing address.
• Messages and files you send us, including website chat conversations, emails, text messages, and documents or images you upload.
• Project and business information you share so we can provide marketing, design, website, and advertising services.
• SMS information, including your mobile number, your consent to receive text messages, the date and method of that consent, and the content of messages exchanged with our team.
• Technical information collected automatically when you use our website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.

How we use personal information

• To respond to your questions and communicate with you, including by text message when you have agreed to receive texts.
• To provide, manage, and bill for the services you request, and to send project updates, proofs, approvals, and scheduling or appointment reminders.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share personal information with

We share personal information only as needed to run our business and serve you:

• Service providers that work on our behalf, such as our website hosting and cloud storage, our phone and text messaging provider, email and collaboration tools, and software that helps us answer inquiries. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AMMO, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.

Your choices

• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below.

Social media data and deletion requests

AMMO uses Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools to prepare social listening reports for our clients. The app only reads publicly available content, such as public posts and comments, and content from Pages and accounts our clients have authorized us to access. We use it solely to produce reports for the client the content relates to. We do not post, message, run ads, or build advertising profiles with this data, and we do not sell it.

To ask us to delete data we hold that came from Facebook or Instagram, including a comment or post of yours that appears in a report, email nathan@theammogroup.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and a link to or description of the content. We will delete it from our systems and confirm by email within 30 days. You can also remove our app's access to your own account at any time under Settings → Business Integrations (Facebook) or Apps and Websites (Instagram).

Requests from public authorities

If a government or law enforcement authority asks us for personal information, including data we received from Meta, we will:

• review the request for legality with legal counsel before responding, and respond only to valid legal process;
• challenge the request if we believe it is unlawful, overbroad, or otherwise improper;
• disclose only the minimum information necessary to comply; and
• keep a record of each request, our response, the legal reasoning, and the people involved.

Where the law allows, we will notify the affected person or business before disclosing their information.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from The AMMO Group, LLC, whether through a web form, verbally, in writing, or by texting us first, you agree to receive SMS messages from The AMMO Group, LLC and to these terms.

Types of messages

AMMO uses text messaging for conversations between our team members and our clients, prospective clients, and vendors. Messages you may receive include:

• Replies to your questions and ongoing project conversations
• Project updates, proofs, and requests for approval
• Appointment and meeting scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Account, billing, and service notifications

We also use text messaging for internal conversations between AMMO employees.

Message frequency and costs

• Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

• To opt out at any time, text STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
